BCI has recently undertaken a complete customer refocus strategy that is geared to
identifying and proactively providing solutions to our customers. By proactively
interacting with clients to provide innovative solutions and maintenance schedules,
BCI has started to improve the level of service provided. With the development of client
service software that would allow updates at the head office on a real time basis, Senior
Management will be able to effectively monitor work flow, maintenance schedules, and
solutions for its clients.
